Discover the joy of printmaking and creative craft in relaxed, informal workshops led by Julia at Clevedon Craft Centre.
Julia’s workshops explore Gelli plate printing, using found and natural materials such as leaves, seaweed, pebbles, stencils and other everyday objects to create unique layered prints. Some workshops also explore tin embossing, where you can cut, shape and decorate embossed tin pieces to create decorations, cards, garlands and more.
The workshops are designed to be enjoyable and accessible, whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience and would like to develop your skills. There’s plenty of opportunity to experiment, play with colour and composition, and create something completely your own.
All materials and guidance are provided, with refreshments included. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 10 people, so there’s plenty of time to ask questions and receive help in a friendly, relaxed setting.
